Ship within 3-5 working days WORLDWIDE for ready stock items ONLY.
Ship within 12-14 working days WORLDWIDE for pre order items.
Whilst the shipment is en route, your customers can use On Demand Delivery to choose from the following options:
Collect from a DHL ServicePoint
No more waiting at home unnecessarily Your customer collects their parcel from a DHL ServicePoint nearby.
Schedule the delivery
Your customer selects a delivery date that best suits them.
Gives DHL permission to deliver the shipment withoutsignature in the absence of your customer.
Delivery to neighbours, reception or security
Gives DHL permission to deliver the shipment toneighbours, reception or security.
Delivery to another address
Gives DHL permission to deliver to an alternative address (such as work, family, school etc.).
Waiting time for holidays
If your customer is on holiday, we can hold the shipment for you for up to 30 calendar days.
Additional overweight/oversize fees may apply for bulky or oversized items such as wheels, car racks, bikes, work stands, and trainers.

The availability of one of your order items may have changed from when you purchased – if this is the case we'll email you to help you find an alternative
Orders are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to Customs Duties and Import Taxes.

Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

We dispatch your goods from multiple warehouses so please be aware that your order may be split into two or three packages and may not arrive together in one delivery.
