I need to return a product under warranty.
In the event of a warranty problem with a product, please email us at [email protected] or 60-174204398. We can then take the best course of action for you and the particular item. Please note that proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. If you return something due to it being faulty or damaged we will refund any postage costs up to a maximum of rm25. Please contact us if your return exceeds this amount.
Most bikes and cycle gear are covered by a manufacturer warranty, however below is a list of scenarios that are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage to products improperly installed or repaired.
- Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained.
My product has arrived faulty or damaged.
We try our best to ensure items arrive in a good condition. In the rare event of a problem with your delivery, please either do not accept delivery or sign for the item as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you do not have the opportunity to inspect on delivery. You must inform us by email [email protected] of any such problems within 7 working days. We can then take the best course of action for you and the particular item. Please note that proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.
All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories.
Men made defects are not under warranty, such as broken, scratched, crash and so on.
Icebikeheaven Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
We hope you enjoy your purchase. If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned with certain limitations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund at our discretion. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. We do not entertain joy buying. Cancellation fee 50% or more will be applied for back orders and custom made orders. Deposit is not refundable. Do not ship any items back to to icebikeheaven without receiving prior approval.
If any of these applied to your order, it does not qualify for a return:
- The product has been used
- The product packaging is damaged
- The product itself is damaged
- The product is not in full resale condition
- The returned product is not received by icebikeheaven
- It has been more than 7 days since delivery
- There is no proof of purchase
- The product is classified as limited time only and/or is no longer in production
Refund due to change of mind or out of stock using paypal or debit card. Paypal transaction fee charged by paypal 3.9% is not refundable. Debit card and bank transafer is 1%. Do take note. Credit card and paypal using ipay88 will be fully refunded.
Refund of orders due to need to top up of postage fee subject to Icebikeheaven approval, especially for back orders that had been quoted shipping fee to the country.
If the product you are returning meets icebikeheaven return and refund standards, you will be contacted within 10 business days to confirm with you the amount to be refunded and arrange for it to be made. A refund would then be sent to your original payment account. It may take a few days for the bank to process the transaction. If icebikeheaven notifies you that the refund has been sent, and there is a delay, please contact your bank directly. If the refund still hasn’t been received within 7 days of the notification, please contact icebikeheaven
If the returned product does not meet icebikeheaven’ return and refund standards, it will be rejected and returned to you. In this case, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
